JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounts receivable transactions including but not limited to invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits and credit requests.
• Examine and correct accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain customer account balances which includes coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve any invoicing and/or collections issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounts receivable and/or collections experience
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a financial discipline
• 1+ years relevant work experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel also desired
