Acute Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) - Travel Position Location: Boston, MA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8s Pay: $2735/week Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The Sonographer will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensure patient safety and comfort, and assist physicians in accurate diagnosis. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, technically proficient, and committed to delivering exceptional imaging services. Key Responsibilities: * Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols. * Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety throughout exams. * Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust technical factors to produce optimal images. * Review images for quality and collaborate with radiologists for interpretation. * Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. * Educate patients on procedures and provide compassionate support. * Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
