Your Opportunity
As an Agency Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving sales and developing relationships within B2B media agencies, specifically in the technology sector. With a consultative approach, you'll leverage your industry knowledge to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. You will work with a dedicated team and have access to robust resources, including a sales enablement team, tools, and support from SDRs, ensuring you're equipped to succeed and make an impact.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a strategic account and territory plan, focusing on B2B agencies with a specific emphasis on the technology industry.
Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
Create and implement key business development strategies to build and grow your sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to uncover selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, articulating the value of our offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that set the right expectations and drive sales.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new product opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, handling objections with confidence.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Who You Are
A seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the B2B media agency landscape, particularly within the North American tech sector.
Experienced in selling demand generation, digital media, and related services, with a proven track record of closing $2-5M deals in these areas.
Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and constantly adjusting strategies to meet business needs.
Skilled in managing client relationships and building long-term, strategic partnerships.
Highly motivated with a "hunter" mentality, always seeking new opportunities to drive business forward.

Salary & Compensation
We are committed to offering a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The base salary is between $100,000—$150,000 USD, and the total compensation package includes earned commission, which typically accounts for 50-60% of the total on-target earnings (OTE).
