Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled individual to coordinate flight operations, ensuring the smooth dispatch and management of aircraft in compliance with industry standards. This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll develop your skills and contribute to the success of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight operations in line with FAR Part 91 standards.
• Arrange essential services such as FBO, fuel, catering, hangar, and cleaning.
• Monitor leased aircraft, track maintenance, and ensure financial deposits.
• Track and report on maintenance schedules, aircraft hours, payments, and movements.
• Manage trip expenses and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Execute tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and all Customs and Government rules.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Capable of lifting 20 lbs, maneuvering around aircraft, and enduring sitting, standing, and moving for extended periods.
