Responsibilities * Work under one of our experienced technicians to learn glass replacement and collision tear down and repairs

• Learn process of glass replacement, windshields, door glass, and rear glass on all types of vehicles
• Learn and follow chip repair process for windshields
• Learn scan and calibration process
• Detail vehicles coming out of repair process for customer delivery

Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repair * Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills including automotive manufacturer’s repair process * Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards

• Perform duties in repair and refinish shops to help maintain clean and efficient work area
• Be willing to help technicians with body repairs and tear down process when needed
• Help maintain clean and safe work environment

Qualifications * Willing to learn and understand instructions

• Be able to start manufacture training, and complete
