Job Description

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team! This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to jumpstart their careers in property management. Over the course of the program, you'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals. You'll dive into various areas of property management, including maintenance, financial reporting, and project management. Once you're trained and qualified, you'll be ready to step into a full Property Manager role.

What You'll Do:

Assist experienced property managers in managing and optimizing their portfolios.
Provide exceptional customer service to both investors and residents, proactively addressing inquiries via phone and email.
Be the go-to contact for investor questions, ensuring quick and thorough responses.
Research and resolve investor inquiries, getting to the heart of the issues.
Coordinate and track tasks with internal teams while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Step in and provide portfolio coverage when colleagues are out of the office.
Support property managers by helping clear out queues and assist with administrative tasks.
Keep property and rental information up to date, collaborating with internal teams to maintain data accuracy.
Build strong relationships with investors, residents, and team members.
Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, showing flexibility and a willingness to help wherever necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Must hold an active Indiana Real Estate License.
At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
A genuine drive to help customers and achieve results.
Strong passion for building a career in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach, eager to take on challenges and adapt to new situations.
Understanding of financial and accounting statements, and the ability to interpret them.
A growth mindset and problem-solving skills.

Travel Requirements:

Must be willing to travel within the assigned area (approximately 10% of the time).
Occasional travel may be required for training and team events.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation & Benefits:
