Note: This position requires employees to be on a hybrid schedule at either their Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, or Fort Lauderdale office.

Job Description:

• Focus on corporate and business transactions.
• Draft and negotiate various transactional documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Handle stock/asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and corporate governance matters.
• Support clients with data privacy, cybersecurity, and corporate tax concerns (LLM in tax or exempt organizations experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with a team-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in corporate transactional law.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Excellent judgment, business acumen, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
