Position Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients and employees, ensure operational accuracy, and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of banking operations, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, prospective clients, and bank employees through in-person, email, and phone interactions. Build rapport with clients and represent the bank professionally at all times. Banking Operations: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking policies, regulations, and procedures. Follow proper protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all banking standards. Perform daily reviews of required reports and accurately complete operational tasks. Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for new account openings. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and fees to meet client needs or refer them to appropriate departments. Establish and maintain partnerships with relationship management teams and internal departments. Accurately input client information into banking systems while adhering to regulatory and bank requirements for account ownership and supporting documentation. Teller Transactions: Process teller transactions efficiently and accurately while managing an assigned cash drawer in compliance with bank policies. Training and Support: Assist in training new team members when needed and provide guidance to ensure operational excellence. Special Projects: Participate in special assignments and perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of banking products, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using banking software and systems. A commitment to delivering superior customer service.
