As a Board Member, you will play a critical role in steering the company towards achieving its strategic and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic direction and policies.

• Review and evaluate the performance of the CEO and executive leadership team.

• Access your industry connections to facilitate new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Advise on key financial, operational, and HR questions, particularly in the realm of SaaS solutions and technology innovations.

• Assist in navigating compliance issues and ensure adherence to industry standards.

• Participate in board meetings, providing insight and strategic input on critical company initiatives.

• Support risk management strategies and ensure the organization is prepared for future challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role or as a board member within the HR Tech, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators.
• Experience with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Network of connections within the HR technology space is a plus.
