POSITION: Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

DURATION: Full time, permanent

LOCATION: North York, ON (Hybrid)

Qualifications:

• Relevant claims experience in bodily injury
• Experience working in a commercial line claims environment would be an asset.
• Partially or fully licensed CIP and/or certified in provinces in which claims are being handled.

Overview:

• Utilizes discerning judgment and decision-making abilities to assess claims exposure, determine optimal courses of action, and facilitate claim settlements effectively.
• Engages extensively with diverse stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Conducts negotiations with legal representatives and relevant parties to achieve settlements within designated authority levels.
• Demonstrates proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, and effective communication, while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in managing claims.
