Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording and managing all our financial transactions and reconciliation through QuickBooks. You'll also be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll process for the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized. • Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
• Properly record financial transactions
• Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
• Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance
• Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
• Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in payroll processing, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with tax laws
• At least two years of work experience as a bookkeeper
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and payroll systems
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and financial data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
