**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment, engine-powered systems, and low-voltage electrical components
+ Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects
+ Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
+ Manage tools, equipment, and materials with care
**What You Bring:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or building repair
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and general repair practices
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
+ Experience using CMMS preferred
