SBA Lending Business Development Officer - National Opportunity

Your Role: As a Business Development Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, forging strong client relationships and delivering tailored financing solutions. You'll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your expertise in SBA lending and business development will directly contribute to our success.

What You'll Do:

• Originate SBA loans and other commercial financing solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and brokers.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic market plans.
• Guide clients through the loan process, from application to funding.
• Achieve and exceed production goals.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of financial services sales experience, with a strong focus on SBA lending.
• A proven track record of $20M+ in annual loan production.
• Deep understanding of credit analysis and loan structuring.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for supporting small businesses.
• Ability to work from a home office anywhere in the United States.
