Function of the group: We are the commercial arm of edge, federated group of edge. Teams are responsible for commercial sales and servicing within the edge application

Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting: Integrations with other applications such as our multicurrency account application, integrating with that application to pull in and display multicurrency financial information in edge for our commercial customers. There is also the largest initiative – the total RE platform of the CLP KYC process in commercial. It is live messaging from Pinnacle to Edge integration. Pinnacle is looking to implement live messaging to generate cases in. this crew handles enahncements to the commercial servicing logic within Edge. The CLP KYC replatform – suppoering and enhancing the current implementation of the CLP.

Industry background: Banking/Financial industry huge plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meeting with business partners and business owners
• Collaborating and working with the technical crew in general
• Understand business and technical side
• Story writing
• Strong working relationship with product owner and other BSA
• Preferably hands on config development to free developers up to do coding e.g. be able to go into Salesforce and do development and do some config work, interactions with salesforce.

Technical Skills:

• CRM experience
• Salesforce Experience
• Experience with Servicing Cloud
