Campaign & Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote) Location Remote in Westminster, CO :

Although we have robust performance in content marketing, product marketing, and press relations, we recognize the need to enhance our targeted campaign activity and social media presence. To address this, we have created a new role and are seeking a skilled Campaign and Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This will be a pivotal role in boosting brand awareness and generating more Marketing Sourced Opportunities (MSOs).

As the Campaign and Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns, optimizing our social media presence, and driving engagement across various channels. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing external contractors, and leveraging data and insights to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Development and Management

  • Define, execute, and monitor targeted campaigns using DataBanks digital tools to maximize reach and engagement across multiple channels (paid, organic, social, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop sales-supportive campaigns, ensuring alignment with broad-based and Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Utilize enhanced data capabilities within Salesforce to identify and target specific audience segments

Social Media Management

  • Build upon our current social media foundation to increase brand presence and engagement.
  • Development and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow our social media following and build communities.
  • Manage all aspects of our daily social media presence: develop and schedule posts; monitor reactions, re-posts, and comments; respond to engaged readers
  • Build internal engagement with DataBanks social media messaging
  • Evaluate and determine the value of the social channels currently employed by DataBank: LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure a competitive edge

Content Optimization

  • Develop /Manage development of a variety of assets (written, audio, video, graphic), optimizing deliverables for search engines, and broader and deeper engagement.
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing the marketing value of each asset.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Partner with the marketing operations & analytics team to establish and consistently deliver reports on Key Performance Metrics (KPIs).
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support the marketing strategy team in improving content strategy and enhance overall campaign performance.

Project Management : Track project health and velocity of internal colleagues as well as external contractors, including copywriters, a graphic designer, and PR agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in campaign management, ABM strategy/campaign development, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including (or similar to) Salesforce, Hubspot, MailChimp, Bombora, Salesloft, Seismic, SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, and Alyce.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in B2B tech marketing a plus

Colorado Law requires salary range to be posted - $75,000 to $85,000 annually with benefits included.
