Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized coaching sessions aimed at identifying career objectives, improving professional skills, and overcoming career-related challenges.
• Motivate and assist clients in developing comprehensive career plans that align with their aspirations.
• Offer guidance on effective resume writing, networking strategies, and interview techniques.
• Evaluate clients' progress and adapt coaching strategies to ensure they remain on track to achieve their goals.
• Organize and deliver workshops and seminars focusing on crucial career development skills.
• Stay informed about current job market trends and industry demands to offer informed and relevant coaching.
• Build relationships with educational and professional institutions to enhance our network and resource offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven background in career coaching, counseling, or a similar advisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide individuals toward achieving their professional goals.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Career coaching certification or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse client groups.
