Located minutes away from the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends, or your next family vacation. We are looking for a Graveyard Cage Shift Supervisor who would have full supervisor authority. Their primary goal: to provide excellent customer satisfaction, show leadership, diligence and integrity while maintaining protection of company assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full supervisory authority over their shift of cashiers and assistant supervisors.
• Trains and develops employees to their fullest potential.
• Protects company assets by reviewing cashiers transactions for accuracy.
• Investigates cashiers’ variance and reports inaccuracy and variance to Cage Manager.
• Control over all shift issues, inquiries and concerns and reports status to Cage Manager.
• Ensures staff is aware of all new procedures and policies.
• Checks and ensures all Title 31 and SARC documentation complies with regulation standards.
• Strong interaction and rapport with all other internal departments.
• Investigates all problems with staff within the assigned shift.
• Ensures quality and prompt guest service.
• Cover shifts or windows as business demands warrant.
• Serves as Main Banker when needed.
• Promotes and supports good morale.
• Assisting vendors in disbursement and receipt of assigned employee banks and revenue.
• Performs all other necessary duties as requested by Cage Manager or Assistant Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of experience in high-volume cashiering is required, preferably in casino cage cashiering. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
