Job Description

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC mills
• Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
• Inspect and verify part quality to tight tolerances - Sometimes down to .0001"
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations

Skills

• Proficient in basic math for precise measurements and calculations
• Proficient in the use of calipers and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Forklift operation experience is a plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Familiarity with HAAS 3- and 5-axis machines
• Experience with Mastercam is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for compliance with ITAR regulations)
