Customer Service Representative - Insurance
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid: In-Person & Remote)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + Unlimited Commission Potential
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Our continued growth has created the need for dedicated Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives to support our expanding client base.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls from existing and potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions
Assist the sales team by rating new policies through agency carrier portals as needed
Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients
Process policy changes, such as adding vehicles or drivers, and handle endorsements
Manage renewals for our existing book of business each month
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our agency management system
Support other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (Required)
At least one year of commercial insurance experience (Preferred)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
College degree preferred; high school diploma required
