Commercial Lender job at Gpac Fisher County, TX, US

Job Description

Are you ready to take charge of a diverse portfolio and build lasting relationships with clients? We're looking for an experienced lender to manage a variety of small business, agricultural, and smaller/non-complex commercial real estate loans. If you enjoy combining financial expertise with personalized service, this role could be a perfect fit!

What You'll Do

* Portfolio Management : Oversee and manage a variety of loans, ensuring they meet client needs and align with lending policies.
* Relationship Building : Meet with clients, visit loan sites, and negotiate terms that work for everyone.
* Loan Processing & Approvals : Coordinate processing, review loan documentation, and approve disbursements within lending limits.
* Business Development : Build new business through networking and promoting banking products and services.
* Credit Analysis : Gather, analyze, and present information to support loan decisions.

What We're Looking For

* A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
* At least two years of lending or related experience (preferred).
* Agricultural experience or background (a big plus!).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for maintaining client relationships.
* Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting loan and deposit growth goals.
