Now Hiring: In-Home Therapy Clinician
Location: Easthampton, MA & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Direct Placement
Salary: $60,000/year
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
+ $2,500 after 6 months of active employment
+ $2,500 after 12-month probation period
Position Summary
Northeast Center for Youth and Families (NCYF) is hiring six In-Home Therapy Clinicians to join their dedicated team serving Easthampton and surrounding communities. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide therapeutic support to youth and families in a flexible, community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy.
+ Maintain accurate client records and documentation for third-party billing.
+ Participate in treatment planning and goal development.
+ Implement trauma-informed strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Qualifications Required:
+ Master's Degree (MSWs welcome)
+ Valid driver's license
+ Proof of personal auto insurance with:
+ $100,000/$300,000 Optional Bodily Injury coverage
+ $100,000 Property Damage coverage
+ Familiarity with trauma-informed care
