We’re a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising firm partnering with nonprofit organizations, charitable campaigns, and community-based initiatives. We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Community Outreach Assistant to support live events, public engagement efforts, and grassroots fundraising programs. This is an entry-level role with full paid training—perfect for candidates who enjoy working with people and want to make an impact while building a long-term career.
Represent nonprofit and charity partners at community events, promotional activations, and outreach campaigns
Engage with attendees to share program information, answer questions, and encourage involvement
Support event setup, on-site operations, and brand awareness activities
Assist with donor interactions and help generate interest in fundraising initiatives
Track event outcomes and provide feedback to help optimize community engagement strategies
Build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and event partners
Full training in outreach, events, fundraising best practices, and brand representation
