Job Description: Construction Superintendent

Commercial Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for their development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities to ensure project adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections.
• Provide progress reports to management and clients.
• Monitor project schedules and address delays.
• Assist in cost control measures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address permit and code issues.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure timeframes.
• Assist project manager in preparation of schedules and safety plan, and solving issues that arise on jobsites.
• Attend all job-related meetings.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
