Contract Summary

As a Content Creator for Upswell, you will be responsible for producing on-brand social media content that reflects Upswell's purpose, mission, core values and unique offerings.  In partnership with the Brand Experience Team, you will create social media reels and posts each month, capturing the essence of our brand identity, services, classes, people, and wellness community. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and skilled at producing visually compelling content.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with Upswell's Brand Experience Team and marketing calendar, you will:

• Create and deliver eight (8) engaging Instagram reels per month highlighting Upswell’s offerings, classes, events, team member, and community.
• Design four (4) 3-5 picture per month showcasing studio offerings, wellness tips, member stories, and promotions
• Collaborate with, and receive feedback from, Upswell's Brand Experience Team to ensure that content aligns with Upswell’s voice, values, and aesthetic
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply new ideas to enhance content appeal, engagement and performance
• Regular presence in Upswell Studios to ensure relevant and fresh video and image capture

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating high-performing social media reels and content (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of Instagram features, trends, and algorithms
• Ability to create eye-catching visuals and engaging content tailored to the wellness industry
• Excellent time management skills to consistently meet deadlines
• Access to tools and software for creating high-quality video and graphic content

Compensation & Perks

• Month-to-month contract (1099 independent contractor status)
