Job Description

Artisan Dental Laboratory is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who is a team player, has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in multiple functional areas. Previous office experience is preferred. Previous dental office experience is not necessary. We will train you to be successful here at Artisan!

POSITION SUMMARY:

File and scan paperwork. Manage emails and pictures. Assist with disinfecting and shipping of cases. Answer incoming calls from dental office. Schedule, research, open and disinfect cases. Review documentation and problem solve to resolve client issues. 

HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• File and scan paperwork.
• Manage emails and pictures.
• Communicates with dental offices.
• Schedule in-coming cases and complete case research.
• Coordinate cases with Production Manager and Driver’s to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Track cases on hold and those coming in.
• Open and disinfect incoming cases.
• Wrap cases and ship through UPS.
• Provide information to clients on our products and timelines.
• Manage confidential client/patient documentation.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Displays excellent communication skills and has the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Respectfully takes direction from manager.
• Follow HIPPA guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• A positive attitude and excellent phone skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time.
• Dental background a plus, but not required.

SALARY RANGE: $20 - $24/hour depending on experience.
