Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Qik n’ EZ (Springfield, IL).

Location: 1230 Toronto Road in Springfield, IL.
Pay Rate: $16.00-$16.50.
Job Type: Part-time.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Operate cash registers, assist with transactions, and process payments efficiently.
Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience.
Support daily store operations by handling inventory and assisting with merchandising.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers.
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
