As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the face of our nonprofit campaigns —engaging the public, sharing powerful messages, and helping raise awareness for important causes.
Daily Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic way
Educate individuals about nonprofit missions, goals, and community impact
Encourage donations and long-term supporter participation
Assist with event setup, logistics, and outreach coordination
Collaborate with teammates to ensure campaign success
