As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the friendly face of our nonprofit partners at community events, charity fundraisers, and outreach campaigns . Your role is all about connecting with people, sharing meaningful messages, and helping build long-term relationships that support social good.

This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for someone who is outgoing, compassionate, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. No experience required — we provide full paid training!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at live community outreach and fundraising events

• Engage with donors, supporters, and the public in a positive, professional way

• Build relationships with community members to increase donor loyalty
