Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing account-related questions, and resolving issues efficiently.
Processing account transactions such as transfers, loan payments, and stop payment requests.
Providing support for online banking services, including resetting PINs, assisting with logins, and troubleshooting bill payment issues.
Managing and documenting customer interactions with precision while adhering to privacy standards in a remote setting.
Assisting with ITM Video Teller operations and other customer-facing services.
Staying updated on regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance in all banking-related transactions.
Additional Contributions
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to departmental goals.
Identifying cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals.
Participating in sales campaigns and assisting in service improvement initiatives.
Supporting your team by embracing ongoing learning about products, services, and customer relationship management.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or call center environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
A knack for multitasking, attention to detail, and working independently.
Flexibility to work outside regular banking hours as needed.
