Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive impactful client relationships and help transform healthcare through innovative solutions in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM).

This role puts you at the heart of client satisfaction, adoption, and success. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring they receive exceptional value while positively impacting millions of patients' lives. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer success plans to build trust-based relationships and deliver measurable business value.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, align strategies with solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.
Drive adoption of healthcare solutions, aligning client expectations with performance throughout their journey.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client portfolios, ensuring targets are met and actionable insights are shared across teams.
Conduct workshops and client meetings to educate and align on joint roadmaps for success.
Act as the client advocate by collecting and channeling feedback into actionable plans to enhance satisfaction and service.
Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that reduce churn, drive referrals, and grow accounts.
Streamline the onboarding process and execute initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients.
Champion a customer-first culture by sharing insights, wins, and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
Performance Metrics
Gross Revenue Retention (GRR): Maintain high retention rates for assigned accounts.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Drive account growth through expansions and strengthened client relationships.
Customer Health: Achieve high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services, ideally in healthcare or population health.
Proven success in driving retention, growth, and delivering measurable value for customer accounts.
Strong consultative, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with HubSpot, EHR/EMR systems, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to manage competing priorities with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with data modeling, predictive analytics, and process optimization.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
