In this role, you will:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Lead successful client onboarding and ensure seamless integration with our platform.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews to showcase the value of our solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Travel 10-30% to client sites for in-depth meetings and relationship building.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
What you'll bring:

3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on managing large client accounts.
1+ year of experience in the Hospitality SaaS domain (PMS systems preferred).
Proven success in managing high-value accounts, driving renewals, and achieving high customer retention.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A willingness to travel 10-30% for client meetings and relationship building.
