Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring their success with our innovative SaaS platform designed for the hospitality industry (hotels, vacation rentals, and property managers).

What You'll Do:

Be a trusted advisor: Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
Drive growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders at each client.
Resolve challenges: Proactively address client issues and collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Travel: Travel approximately 10-30% of the time to meet with clients in person.
Analyze data: Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address potential churn risks.
What You'll Bring:

3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of success.
1+ year of experience within the hospitality SaaS industry (specifically with Property Management Systems - PMS).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
