We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business goals by effectively onboarding, implementing, and supporting our innovative solutions.
What You'll Do:
Champion Customer Success: Guide customers through their journey, from initial onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and renewal.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, from individual users to executive sponsors.
Drive Product Adoption: Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage and value.
Advocate for Customer Needs: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for customer expansion and renewal.
Provide Exceptional Support: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer success, account management, or consulting.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A positive and collaborative team player with a passion for customer success.
