What You'll Do:
Onboard and guide our customers: Successfully onboard new customers and guide them through the initial implementation and integration process, managing their expectations every step of the way.
Drive customer adoption: Encourage and support customer adoption of our products and features to maximize their value.
Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, from individual users to executive sponsors.
Advocate for our customers: Serve as a strong advocate for our customers within our organization, collaborating effectively with teams across departments (e.g., R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance).
Identify growth opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for customer expansion and revenue growth.
Master our products: Become a true product expert and assist the sales team by sharing real-world customer success stories.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Act as an escalation point for customer issues and work diligently to resolve them effectively.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, consulting, or customer service.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager and/or onboarding customers in a SaaS environment is a significant plus.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry and/or Supply Chain is a plus.
A positive and collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
