Identify and address customer needs: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or consulting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with1 SaaS products is a plus.
