Be a customer hero: Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our partners and customers.
Process wiz: Design and implement scalable processes to improve the effectiveness of our customer relations and logistics teams. Leverage technology to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
Data-driven decision making: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Logistics leader: Manage the flow of products from production to delivery, ensuring timely shipments and meeting customer deadlines.
Coaching and mentoring: Lead and motivate your team, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a customer support or logistics role.
Tech-savvy: Proven experience improving processes through ERP system automation.
Analytical mind: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
Coaching and mentoring skills: A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn: A team player with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference.
Bonus points for:
Experience with NetSuite
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience leading a customer support or logistics team
