Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.


We currently have the following position available:

  • Monday - Friday 12am until route is complete.
  • $28.60 / hour


Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

  • Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!
  • Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

  • Always Learning - We offer on-the-job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, and specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Current valid US Driver’s License Class A REQUIRED.
  • Ability to maintain a safe driving history REQUIRED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older REQUIRED.
  • 3-4 years of experience – O3 Level PREFERRED.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
  • Problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
  • Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.
  • Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.


Available shifts may change and will be discussed at time of interview.
