The role of the Dental Practice Manager is to drive revenue growth, patient retention and Teambuilding for the dental office. The PM is responsible for best practices for patient acquisition and retention. The PM provides leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success. The PM supports and drives the DD’s mission and practice culture.
