Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for Promedica Health System located in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, with a home base in Toledo, Ohio. In this role, you will provide clinical nutrition coverage to the hospitals in the Promedica System. This is a great opportunity to showcase your clinical skills while enhancing your experience in all areas of medical nutrition therapy.

Hybrid work schedule, you can work up to 40% of your time remotely. All travel expenses are reimbursed!

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

What You'll Do

• provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatients and outpatients;
• travel to provide coverage at hospitals in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan;
• have acute care experience (strong clinical internship or hospital experience);
• educate healthcare team member, including physicians and nurses.

What You Bring

• Registered Dietitian credentials and licensed in Ohio (or eligible);
• strong verbal and written communication skills;
• good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player;
• the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
