Summary

This position provides tremendous opportunity for a strategic front-end technology leader to collaborate across the organization and deliver meaningful improvements for business and technology stakeholders. Someone in this role will be influential as a leader who drives and implements technology strategies and complex business initiatives.

Job responsibilities

• Execute and refine tech stacks, high level architecture and provide technical vision for the teams.
• Provides leadership to cross functional teams that work on complex business issues dealing with interdependencies and interrelated technology efforts.
• Responsible for long term technology strategy for integrated systems and commerce platforms.
• Manage and coordinate outsourced technology teams with a variety of skill sets.
• Define and drive architectural strategy to enable a world class customer experience that includes quality, scalability, and resilience as default characteristics.

Requirements

• Experience for 12+ years in Information Technology and understanding of running front-end teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems or computer engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, prioritize, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
• Deep and advanced knowledge in the software development life cycle which includes but not limited to quality engineering, architecture, product, and program management.
• Experience in the retail industry is a MUST.
