Job Description:

As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for grooming and styling dogs of all breeds while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. You will engage with pet owners to schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as sanitizing grooming tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shampoo, clip, and groom animals to meet specific breed standards and client preferences.
• Style animals' fur using various grooming techniques.
• Sanitize combs and shears to ensure a safe grooming environment.
• Schedule appointments and effectively communicate with pet owners regarding grooming services.
• Adapt easily to changing deadlines and client needs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming station.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some secondary school education is preferred.
• Proven experience in a related field, ideally as a Dog Groomer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong physical strength and stamina to handle dogs of various sizes.
• Patience and a gentle approach when working with animals.
• Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
