Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event planning and management. In this role, you will work closely with experienced event planners and coordinators to help execute a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. 

Pay Range: 

$1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events including logistics, setup, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event registration and guest lists, tracking attendance and RSVPs.
• Support on-site event management, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Create and maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assist in the production of event materials such as programs, signs, and promotional items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
