In this role, you will be an integral part of our events management department, assisting in the planning and execution of various corporate and social events. This position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to dive into the world of event management and learn from experienced professionals. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution
Help manage logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations
Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels
Maintain event documentation and provide administrative support during events
Monitor event budgets and assist in tracking expenses

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of event planning and management principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
