(Promotional Sales & Brand Awareness Events)

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

 

Are you passionate about event planning, promotions, and bringing brands to life? We are currently representing a leading company in the Myrtle Beach area and they are looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join their team. This exciting role will involve supporting the execution of promotional sales events, brand awareness campaigns, pop-up activations, and much more!

 

As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and executing a wide range of events that elevate brand visibility and engage customers. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

 

Events Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating promotional sales events, brand awareness campaigns, and pop-up activations for our client.
  • Collaborate with the client’s team to design and set up event spaces that effectively showcase their brand and products.
  • Support the logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, vendor management, and coordinating supplies and materials.
  • Help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events (e.g., social media, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Engage with event attendees, ensuring a positive and memorable brand experience.
  • Manage on-site event operations, customer sales, material distribution, and overall event support.
  • Collect data and feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with creating interactive experiences and promotional tactics that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong interest in event planning, marketing, or brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to bring fresh ideas to enhance brand experiences.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required for events.
