Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various client and in-house events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the event planning industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics from inception to completion
Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and documentation
Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and breakdown
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing inventories
Respond to client and team inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
