Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events of all scales. Your organizational skills, creativity, and ability to thrive under pressure will play a key role in ensuring the success of every event.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and setup.
• Prepare and maintain event-related documentation and reports.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Address client needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
