Join Our Team as an Assistant Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various events ranging from corporate gatherings to community festivals. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining an impeccable standard of organization will ensure the success of each event we host. You will be exposed to a variety of functions including logistics coordination, vendor management, and participant engagement. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
• Help manage event registration and attendee communication.
• Create promotional materials and support marketing efforts for events.
• Prepare event materials, including signage, programs, and information packets.
• Assist with on-site event logistics, including setup and breakdown of venues.
• Gather feedback from participants post-event to analyze success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event planning software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
