We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of diverse events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for event coordination

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.


• Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets alongside the Events Manager.


• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction.


• Source and organize materials, props, and décor for events.


• Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.


• Maintain inventory of event supplies and assist in procuring new items when necessary.


• Address client and guest inquiries professionally during events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).


• 
  1-2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.


• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
