What You Will Be Doing - Elevate Guide Performance - Deliver targeted, actionable feedback to your team of Alpha Guides that measurably improves their effectiveness, directly enhancing student achievement and engagement.
- Engineer Excellence Frameworks - Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, innovative learning activities, and strategic solutions for overcoming challenges.
- Transform Reluctant Learners - Lead a select cohort of students, applying your expertise in youth development to convert hesitation into enthusiasm and potential into exceptional performance.
What You Won’t Be Doing - Creating Curriculum - Your mission extends beyond lesson planning. While Guides facilitate daily learning through adaptive technology, you'll be elevating their capabilities, teaching them to design enrichment activities that transcend standard educational approaches.
- Compromising Excellence - Standards exist for a reason. When our benchmark is 100%, 99% is insufficient. When a sixth-grader demonstrates college-level potential, you'll create the pathway to make that advancement possible.
- Conducting Passive Training - Forget lecture-based professional development. Your coaching methodology will embody the energy, enthusiasm, and expert facilitation skills you expect from your team.
Executive Coach Key Responsibilities Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Sports Academy system with world-class excellence, ensuring our revolutionary educational model transforms both academic outcomes and character development in every student we serve.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven track record of developing professional teams to achieve elite-level performance
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making methodologies
- Established history of meaningful engagement with youth (ages 5-18), with measurable impact on their development
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at our Austin, Texas campus

Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
