RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly with our managers, employees, and customers to develop relationships
Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and product options
Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

Finance Manager must have 4 + years’ experience
Proven customer service experience, including CSI
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Must be self-motivated and a team player
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
